✦Soléa Van Heyningen is the founder of SVH Atelier—a multidisciplinary creative producer, visual artist, and cultivator shaping narratives at the intersection of fashion, art, and storytelling.
Born in Saint Martin, raised in Charlotte, and now based between NYC and Paris, she studied photography and video production at the School of Visual Arts. Soléa grew up behind the lens. As the daughter of a two-time Emmy Award-winning producer, she was raised in the rhythm of studios and shoot days long before she picked up a camera.
At just 23, she served as Director of Photography for a luxury menswear service—navigating fast-paced environments and leading full-scale productions from concept to delivery. With a refined vision and sharp logistical skills, she produces and directs visual work that’s immersive, intentional, and emotionally resonant.
Through SVH Atelier, Soléa is building a distinctive creative world—trusted by brands like Tiffany & Co., LVMH, Bloomingdale’s, and New York Pilates—and assembling a team committed to crafting thoughtful, high-touch visuals.
Her latest project, Art Diaries, is an ongoing series offering artists a space to translate personal reflections into visual storytelling. It speaks to her deeper mission: to create work rooted in authenticity, emotional depth, and community.
Soléa’s guerrilla shooting style and intuitive storytelling allow her to produce work that is raw, cinematic, and richly human—cementing her as a bold new voice in the next generation of filmmakers and photographers.✦
